I'm very skeptical about Holmgang's "invincibility" actually being useful.
I'm betting that in the vast majority of cases, the "invincibility" effect will either never kick in or just keep you alive for a few seconds before you die anyway.

I am actually very interested too see if Holmgang can "block" a twister when you need a snare for dreadknight, this might come in handy in bad positioning/unlucky situations. Apart from that I might try MT double dreadnaught for giggles.
My only question is how long it will take me to stop thoughtlessly using Vengeance to keep my stacks going.
If im wrong, I correct myself and I appreciate the constructive criticism. If i didnt I would have continued. There are ways to critque without sounding like a troll.

Anytime you live through a hit that would have otherwise killed you, it is useful. Sure it is not as good as Hallowed Ground, but there are fights/situations you know you'll go down without receiving a heal (Titan, Dreadnoughts, Death Sentence, etc.) and popping that will keep you up and heals will be bombing you from there "osh**" moment/buttons which theoretically will get you back up to survivable levels.
I certainly don't think Holmgang will have the amazing feel of Hallowed Ground, but it certainly will be useful, and on low CD in comparison. The only thing I'd love to see on Holmgang is either a way to store up Cures received till it wears, or some sort of 20% health bump when effect wears. Maybe make it so it only bumps your HP up to 20% (just made up number, certainly could be better ones) and not above. Either way, its better then what we had.

Anyway, the WAR changes look good.
It means I can finally justify using my WAR over my PLD again for Coil runs.
