    Wait what? Since when does Titan hit harder the longer the fight goes on? As far as I know the only thing that did more damage the longer the fight went was Tumult.

    You can actually prevent Tumult from doing more than 3 ticks of damage by silencing him, so it's not like the building Tumult really presents a problem either.
