Bards didn't even get nerf'd lol. At least they could have nerf'd your enmity spike damage, cause it can be annoying when tanking.
They did. 10% evasion debuff for 200 tp for a few seconds is worthless unless you are undergeared. Although this may be a move to create a pure support role.
