    They did. 10% evasion debuff for 200 tp for a few seconds is worthless unless you are undergeared. Although this may be a move to create a pure support role.

    Not to seem nasty but you cant even call that a nerf from the nerf bat. More like a pin prick in the pinky so you draw your arrows sorta crooked.

    LOL I like your optimism. First full smile from the forums since this morning. The internal release and BfB nerf doesn't help either. BRDs did get one buff though. 100% accuracy on Hawk eye! Because accuracy is always an issue...... -.-
