If u cant get the rest of your FC to participate for group content then you shouldn't be getting group content period. That includes Free Company housing, cause again it doesn't include only you and just you wife then it really wasn't Company content now is it?

Farming gils isn't group content at all (it's not even content in the first place, should the money be removed totally from the game it wouldn't change your gaming experience).

Because gathering and crafting in this game are so complex....its repetitive and boring. 100 million gil worth of boring.

In what world is grinding gil any form of achievement? And this is from someone who actually likes to craft and sell, I just don't want to be required to do so full time to play in a sandbox segment of content half a year from now.

You are completely missing the point. Even if our FC was willing to help, which they are, asking them to farm 100 million gil collectively is absolutely absurd. If you can't see how absurd that is, I don't know what else to tell you.

BTW, grinding gil is not and has never been an "achievement", so your argument about it being some sort of achievement to get a house, which is only obtainable by grinding gil, is BS on its face. There is no "challenge" to grinding gil, which is why this pricing structure is absurd, its the worst kind of time sink imaginable for something that should just be a fun side project. Instead it will be a full time job for any small FCs.
