The housing cost is insane. The days of being exclusive are over, with so many MMO's to play you want to include all your player base, not just a few. So far my Hype for CT and FC housing has been struck down, I guess I should wait for some EX primal news.

If you're so casual why do you demand luxury things like houses? If it's 1 thing any hardcore players hate the most, it's that casuals demand the same luxury that hardcore players work for. It's a huge slap to the face. You don't NEED a 100M gil house, ok? Farm yourself 500k gil in like 2 weeks and chip in like everyone else. Thank you.

I have to say...I'm just...I was so excited about 2.1. I'm now heartbroken. My FC is probably never going to be able to buy a house at these prices. How on earth are we supposed to come up with this kind of money when our markets have been crashing for the last month?

You let bots crash the shit out of our markets, just dumping their crap every few days, and did nothing to reign it in, and now we're supposed to somehow come up with this kind of gil? The only people with this kind of gil either sold to gil buyers or bought their gil. I guess that trying to do things within the rules - the right way - was the wrong move for me and my FC. They won't keep it for Personal. FC Pricing is meant for the combination of most/all FC members together. Personal will be a lot cheaper probably 2-4 mil being the best personal house.

Except they think everyone can chip in several million gil. The small houses can't be made for more than 5-10 people given their size and even on my server 8,000,000 is a bit much. In my small FC NO ONE can afford that even if we pool our money together. Several of our members used up a lot of their gil to get multiple relic weapons because they enjoy multiple classes. As for me? I'm not big on crafting and don't find it enjoyable. I've been making money buy selling peacock ore, coke, etc. I only have 600k gil to my name. Of all the people in my FC I'm the wealthiest and I don't come close to the 8,000,000 asking price.

I'm sure you've seen me around the forums defending the game quite a bit but honestly? There's no defending this. 8,000,000 for a small house is ridiculous and we already accepted that would be our goal. A very very small percent of the FC population is going to afford even a small house let alone medium or large. For a game aimed towards casual players this is a slap in the face to casuals everywhere.

Small house on my server, at 40 million is still out of my reach. In fact, even the reduced 20 million is out of my reach ^^
