As a non-legacy on balmung, I'm just enjoying this. Can't wait to see all the mega-rich legacies get their gil wiped out, then housing to drop to almost nothing as FCs for the other 80-90% of players with less than
100 mil on hand are unable to buy.

Honestly the prices are just crazy. Sorry. This just locks the feature out for most people and enormously penalizes smaller FCs

Extremely disappointed with this pricing for Masamune.
If they keep this price structure for personal housing, for the average honest player that did not bot or RMT, housing might as well not exist as it would be out of reach.
I would not be able to afford a small house on the worse grade of land even if they did not divide my gil by 10 for ARR.

I wonder what will happen if they show that Personal House is easily affordable for 1 very poor person to buy alone compared to FC housing price being high because it is not 1 person buy the FC house but a entire FC paying for it.

They won't keep it for Personal. FC Pricing is meant for the combination of most/all FC members together. Personal will be a lot cheaper probably 2-4 mil being the best personal house.

Might be fine for FC who just recruit loads of random players. FCs that consist of small groups of friends are SoL.

leveling from level 1-50 you get maybe 250k a free company with 500 members and if everyone gave 200k of that gil to the housing fund that would still only add upto 10 million gil.... the housing land plot is more then 10x the amount that is even feasible for a full fc with everyone to level 50

Hmm, just a thought. SE can correct this by employing the same principle they used for the Gil Wi......err redenomination. Just drop the last 0 on the pricing. They have already set the precedent.
