They also mention possible adjustments to Tombstones, as well as a possible addition of a new set for 2.2

It's one item from the dungeon per week, as far as we understand.
That being said, it's still better than the coil lockout:
Typically, unless you're a pretty elite group, you're getting 8 drops per week from coil. Sometimes you might get the same one and nobody needs it (or you get something for a job nobody has), if that happens, that's a wasted drop slot.
In CT, if you bring a set group of 8, you can keep running the dungeon until the people get the loot they want. Just pass the drop if nobody wants it, and keep running until all 8 people get something they want. So in terms of being able to get the loot you want, it's a lot more friendly than coil, because you can be assured that all 8 drops you're getting per week are something somebody wants/needs unlike coil where its the luck of the draw.
Of course, we could be wrong and it's one item per week *from each boss*, though I was under the impression there was just one loot chest at the end.
