I hate comparing this game to FF XI because it isn't trying to be FF XI but -

Dreamworld Dynamis was part of Chains, but the city Dynamis zones were included in Zilart.

looked it up and I was wrong, to be honest I don't care XI's endgame was tedious and boy howdy people whine about lockouts here but at the same time want 72hr spawn HNMs and the crap "JP midnight" waits of XI back.
