It should also be noted that the group for that dungeon run consists of a MSK (unknown job), a LNC (unknown job), a WHM, and a BLM. I couldn't be sure, but it looked like the LNC was in heavy armor (didn't look like DRG) and only attacking from the front rather than side/back. Since it's doubtful that they'd show a dungeon run in a group that isn't comprised of a DF composition group, it's possible/likely that they're working on a LNC tank job to release alongside MSK.

Nah, we're all blind. The Lalafell is a Paladin. The MSK is the boss.It should also be noted that the group for that dungeon run consists of a MSK (unknown job), a LNC (unknown job), a WHM, and a BLM. DRG/BLM/PLD/WHM
Friggin' hard to see Lalas.
Still seems kind of weird that the LNC seems to be attacking from the front and tanking on a few of those fights. The Lala GLA might actually be a DPS (though, yeah, probably PLD). /shrug. Our collective hopes are dashed.
The thing with the videos is that they're not there to show you proper fight mechanics, that would ruin the surprise. It's pretty much just a bunch of GMs in god mode doing whatever so that the camera crew could grab footage of the fight being showed off (that's why the WAR in AF gear can survive 4 dashes in Ifrit Extreme mode when two would probably kill that same WAR in Ifrit HM).

So, I'd like to thank everyone's comments so far. I'm working on a somewhat major revision to my current idea so far, stealing several ideas from Duelle and a couple ideas from Kitru in the process, because you two have really good ideas on this stuff.
For those of you who don't want Corsair to be a "Gambler with a Token Gun", I'd like to remind you that, like with a Bard and its songs, you don't necessarily need to use the dice. They're there for support, and otherwise, you've got all your stuff from Musketeer to toss around. Otherwise, I'm keeping the 'gambling' mechanic. I'm sorry if you're disappointed in me on that, but as I said at the very start of this topic, nothing here is official. I don't work for SE, nor am I some sort of "Contractor" or something for designing new classes and jobs for them. I'm just a regular player, posting what I'd love to see. And that includes Corsairs tossing dice to help their allies.
That said, if you have your own ideas on how you think Musketeer should be built, what kind of jobs it should get, and what weapons and armor it would use, by all means, post them. You can post them here, you can make your own topic, or you can post them in someone else's topic if it's related to the subject. I honestly would love to see what everyone believes SE should do with Musketeer if/when it releases the class. :3
