Further to this, after more investigation, that looks like a Tricorne and more of a Commodore's garb than Summoner's garb...

People don't seem to realize, even it this is a mini boss, Yoshi & team, are showing us are new class mechanic. Whether this dungeon will be a part of us unlocking the new class? Who knows. But we are seeing it in action, and I wouldn't be surprised if its available to us in 2.1

This patch reminds me of the mini expansions we bought in FFXI. And yoshi said he would release new classes through patches as well.

People thinking we have to wait a whole year(for an expansion) to get 1-2 new classes are silly. As Yoshi will probably give us 1-2 more classes before the first expansion hits.

So people seem excited about Hildibrand. Who on earth is he? ._.

All I found out so far is that he is a very dashing dude with shiny teeth. I..didn't really get excited.

Think of him, as comic relief. He is a detective who had a female assistant in 1.0. There were little crimes and conflict going on within in the cities, and he would be there to take on the case. You would usually end up doing all the work and he would take credit for it.

This is what I remember from 1.0. If he is still the same( I presume he is), he is funny to watch/read
