If anyone in your group is under geared I ask you this have they used there myth to fix this issue? If the answer is no than that is an issue you need to address with those members. It is not the responsibilty of the dev's to make sure your group uses their myths nor should they make the gear easier to obtain. Your time and effort will be rewarded but not when you want, be patient and use those myth points.

As far as I know turn 1 or 2 cant remember which it was has been fixed. I havent seen anything confirming that any other turn has an issue, so not sure where you are getting the broken rng from. Its ok if you dont like rng but the game needs it and players need to accept it. The game offers plenty of hand out gear to use. Try using that till you get what you want.
