    Same here. All we ever get is accessories. I think in total we might have gotten 6 armor pieces since we started 10 weeks ago? Would love to gear up our tanks but nah, RNG at its finest telling us we need more BRDs with earrings and wrists.

    I agree with a general improvement. Our Drg has literally every piece outside of 5 and here I am sitting at just the earrings until the chest dropped last week. Doesnt make me want to stick around when you never see an upgrade. I play this game to watch my character get stronger not to singly watch everyone else out-gear you while you are screwed by a system of RNG consistently. In general our tanks and drg are nearly at every slot allagan, our brds and healers are utter undergeared. It doe not make the game fun for us, especially when the only thing preventing you from trying 5 in earnest is RNG. Ive literally farmed WP so much for mt bs crafted crap that Im over it. I can no longer buy anything outside of jewels from myth as the head and hands are stacked with spellspeed, a stat that is literally weighted at such a marginal increase in this game nearly every other stat (including piss poor secondaries) are becoming more attractive) Nope not buying that.

    I only log in to do it with my group because I'm loyal. Then drink heavily afterwards.

    MNK/DRG drops every turn.

    I am against tokens completely. Just look at the endless spam on WP atm... They work on paper but not well in practice. Token have made every other dungeon worthless, even the new ones coming out if they do not give more reward/time spent people will still only spam WP.

    I am also against only droping what is in your party. When I run this with the guild people go on jobs we need at the time to make the optimal setup. That would screw over people who are say main mnk but have to fill in on healer. Mnk would not drop at all with this system.

    They need to remove the specific loot from each chest and have loot per floor instead in my opinion. Honestly they need to reduce the cool-down from 1 week to 1 day and reduce the drop rate on each chest to 25%. 75% chance to get 10 Gold pieces and 25% chance to get armor but you can do it once a day if you want.

    Same boat it seems as far as healing drops. Mines approx 4 months+ but still, have yet to see anything but tassets out of one of the chests in turn one LITERALLY 6 weeks in a row(even after "loot fixes" 2x) we've had the drg tassets drop. Were literally not looting the tassets bc everyone in our group has them. Nothing like seeing something noone needs drop weeks in a row when people in my group are still 1-2/12 allagan 16 weeks into this bs. the rng is dumb. There is no reward system in place for circumstances like this, you're just screwed and no, the myth system doesnt supplant this bad loot system. I would like to do other things on other classes but am forced to use all of my myth to negate an utterly non-existent drop chance...bad design....simple as that

    None is suggesting a token system like how you may think. Maybe to have an Allagan robe lining, allagan circlet remnant, bunch casters, melee dps, tanks all in similar categories so that, no matter what drop, someone could use it.

    This isn't specific to Coil for me, as I haven't done it, but I think it'd be interesting to see some improvements to loot as a whole. Since I was frustrated at having SCH weapon drop repeatedly in Ifrit HM, with no SCH in party, I can only imagine how annoying it is in Coil with a static group.

    At least with the primals, it's a higher drop rate I guess (since only one item per job) and if there's no one in the party with that job you have a chance to pick it up for if you level later. Even so, I can see the benefits of excluding the drop if the job isn't in the party, at the very least in Coil.

    RNG = longer subscriptions for the ones of us who can't resist our OCD (in other words, who won't quit the game due to absurd end game loot rules). Much like people were still playing 1.0 peeling their eyes at DL drops in AV & CC, only this time, with extra lockouts ^ ^ /joy

    Don't despair as Coil drops might change to something more favourable in the future. Of course, not before there's a higher-end content with a new RNG in place ....
