Sell Gil on the Mog Station

Sorry friend but if this happen... 90% of all players will quit.... we already pay per month and need pay gold in mogstation? and other thing why gold? i'm happy with my 40,000 gil! this game really don't need gil... and like i said if this game sell something like legendary weapons,gil( i know NEVER will happen) it will be destroyed. the first one that will quit is me

I really don't think anyone would quit over an option to buy gil. Also I think your over exagerating.

No actually he isn't. What's to stop Gil buyers from RMT to lie like they do now about the legitimacy of said Gil, and like people do to lift the ban hammer in WoW, who do get away with it and any other MMO that have this problem. The people that control the markets will be the people that can blow $1000 on in game currency and the rest of the sub base won't be bothered to keep up and use that sort of money to play, well other games that are balanced.

You obviously haven't played a game serious enough that offers this type of service to see it screw it up royally.

Contrary to how people feel, if it's done right it can work, but again, has to be done right. It also works better in that game due to a single unified server. The way it works there is that the Money isn't created out of thin air, which is what would happen if SE directly sold Gil for Money. The in game market would determine the price.

The system CAN work, and it doesn't drive people away like you seem to think it will. It just can't be done the way the OP posted.

The game i'm talking about is P2P as well. You're just putting up a wall, not caring how it actually works. We usually don't respect opinions like yours. The idea i'm talking about isn't selling gil.

You said this system CAN work and I just said this system in Final Fantasy Realm Reborn never will work. SE don't want lose players because that ^^ RMT system here is a serious issue. I hope you don't understand me wrong

I assume you're talking about EVE. EVE is a completely different kind of game with a different kind of playerbase and I don't think that model would be well received here at all.

EVE isn't the only game that has used the system. And right now it wouldn't work in XIV either, would likely be too easy to exploit currently. However, what many people seem to miss on their RAGE about it making a game Pay to Win(It doesn't really) is that it fights RMT very well if implemented properly.
