How long do mounts take to add?

I would have to agree some here, I can not wait for the Chocobo system to be added, but could we at least get basic rental rides like in FFXI. At least that could tide us over till they add in the rest of the chocobo system.

Exactly... and as has been stated almost everything is already coded into the game. Mounting, dismounting and a text box to rent the choco is all that needs to be added... taking a year to come out with this is just plain sad not to mention as also been stated this shoulda been in release. Any half ass dev coulda added the code and text needed for this a LONG time ago AND take almost no time at all in the process so it didn't effect their revamp plans. Sorry but there's just NO EXCUSE for it not to be in the game at this point, even in a basic rent/travel form.
