The only issue is the cost of those accessories. Yeah, BiS but damn is it painful to get melded.

The 5th slot is crazy but there are "cheap" alternatives, not exactly BiS but still better than i90 gear.

This is what i melded, its not the absolute best but it doesnt cost millions of gil either:
