Really, so when players said they wanted an Auction House, what does that mean in your opinion? I think there is a large majority that wants an Auction House. No one actually uses timed biddings when they are available.
About 10% of the Transactions in WoW's AH are timed.
And timed and Blind bidding are things the people who do not want an auction house do not want. Not the instant purchasing or conveniences that can still be implemented into the MW.

Personally I think they want an easy to use system that lets them buy and sell stuff easily without having to hunt the item down in a instanced room.
IIRC we did one of those polls asking about what was it from an auction house you wanted and no one answered Timed or Blind Bidding.
I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
I think it was more like what would you like to see in the game. Content was 1st and Auction House was second. I know I personally would be happy with a counter that you can buy and sell from. In my opinion that is called an Auction House. I'm not buying this "market wards is an auction house" rant either. It's not. MW are slow and cumbersome and are a major lag fest. I think the ease and convience far outweighs the need to see what items look like on people.Personally I think they want an easy to use system that lets them buy and sell stuff easily without having to hunt the item down in a instanced room.

I'm not talking about the SE poll. I'm talking about a Player Poll on the forums. I can't find it though sorry. If its that important we can always start one.I think it was more like what would you like to see in the game. Content was 1st and Auction House was second. Pretty sure that when most people say they want an auction house, they really mean a NPC-less system that allows fast, flexible searches, price checks, and instant buying capabilities.
Absofreakinlutely! Where is that? Where are linkshell managemnet capability's? Where are chocobo's? Where are airships? Where is delivery box? Where is a Mog House? Some of the best things about 11 are not here and it's been 8 months???? COME ON! This is ridiculous.
