It's not just you, it's impossible to do a proper rotation on odin as anything that requires procs or stacks will not register unless you do the thing before it like 50 times.
It's lag and it's terrible, and hopefully it will be fixed.

Basically as monk I have to do the same attack like 3-4 times before it changes to the next form. I got up to GL 3 once without perfect balance. Felt like a champ.
I saw this happen today as drg couldnt use my combo true thrust>vorp thrust but full thrust would never light up so all my attacks were only doing 150-200 how are you meant to get gold like thateven when i did heavy thrust for the 10% buff i get the text scroll saying i got the buff but when i looked down there was no icon at all
I always thought my accuracy was low, but it would be a series of spells in a row that would miss, never 1-2 intermittent. Always several casts.
That'd be more concerning if Enrage timers existed to push DPS checks, but thankfully haven't seen those. As it is just an annoyance.
If only there were some sort of test while the game was still in its beta stage to locate and submit bugs to the developers so that something like this could be fixed before it became an issue.

When you're doing Odin, and you see a bunch of people around you with those Red Lighting D/C symbols, that's you too!
It means on your end you're playing, on the server all that's registering is that your d/c from the zone being too full for the server to process.
It's why I've stopped doing Odin/Behemoth; there's no point to playing your best when nothing is actually happening server side- therefore you get 0 credit and the event is pointless.

In addition to the display changes we will be making to Odin and Behemoth, we've also determined that a certain process was not functioning properly when multiple actions were used on a monster at the same time, which was making it difficult to perform combos on these monsters. This will be fixed in patch 2.1!

Will there be any changes to these particular FATE monsters that allows normal Summoner rotations to be carried out? As it stands, unless a Summoner is able to get up a full set of DoT attacks right at the time of spawning and maintain them so as not to be locked out, it is nearly impossible to use the majority of our damage dealing abilities due to the limited number of debuff abilities that can be maintained on a mob at one time. I understand that there might be some balance concern which makes it prohibitive to remove the debuff limitation as a mechanic period, but in special cases like these FATES which are intended for massive multiplayer participation I feel like special consideration should apply.

Doesn't this sound like something that should be hot-fixed, or patched sooner.. rather than compile every problem to be solved in one magical savior patch that won't be here for another month?Greetings,

Most MMO companies are able to release both content patches -and- bug fix patches without throwing the whole game into disarray, the fact that Square-Enix doesn't seem to have this capability is rather sad.
