Would be great to know how much the house will cost and whats the starting price for the lands.

Patch 2.1 is coming in around 3 weeks, less than a month and i think many companys want to know how much Gil they must farm to obtain for the land and house.
SE dont need to post the exact Gil prices but a value with that the companys can work would be great!

Land Price (auction - lowering every 6 hours):
Small Land = about ??? Gil
Medium Land = about ??? Gil
Large Land = about ??? Gil

House Building:
Small House = about ??? Gil
Medium House = about ??? Gil (at one video we saw around 850k Gil)
Large House = about ??? Gil

Come on SE tell us how much it will be! PLEASE!

It kind of sucks that I won't get my own but I can at least prepare myself with this. :3

Aside from my personal tears on the delay (or death. Can never be sure with the dubious "in the future" remark and SE's server/memory issues) of personal housing, I am glad that they fleshed out the Auction System. I thought that it was going to be a dreaded "Let the players bid and drive up the price system" when it was briefly mentioned in the last live letter. Also as a crafter, I'm intrigued by the one-use nature of the exterior customizations and the binding of furniture once it has been placed. Should really keep things in demand, especially when/if personal housing gets implemented and indecision causes people to switch decorations a bit. I am so ready to play the sims with 20 other people (still bitter.).

Maybe the highest rank 5 or they make a new one for the housing. But i hope rank 5 is meant cause small guilds have to level up for a small house and that wouldnt be good i think. Small guilds have to do much more to get a house as big guilds have to do. More Members = faster Points for new Guild Rank = own guild house faster... Would be a bit unfair against small guilds or?

Hope SE will tell us the prices soon. Many Guilds want to do something for the guild housing BEFORE release. Planing, organize things, etc. My guild is planing much for housing but didnt to know how much gil we need or what ingredients are needed for starter recipes is horrible! SE please give us some more informations! (For example a simple chair or desk)
