You've written a nice guide. I'd some statements about secondary stats. In my opinion the secondary stat importance goes as follows:

Crit > DTR > (Piety) > Spellspeed

The reasoning is because a critical Adloq applies a shield that absorbs the doubled value of the crit

[Example]: Adloq - non crit = 650 | It applies a shield with a value of 650.
Adloq - crit = 1100 | It applies a shield with a value of 2200.
