I think this has gone off topic, I never said gear was not a requirement. I said gear doesn't make a player. I stated iLevel could be 10-20 lower than your current duty, for titan it would be item levels 50-60, which includes garudas weapon and AK gear. Expecting people to be in iLevel 70 gear is kind of a mute point as in they already have the gear why would they do it/need it. I'm not saying it doesn't help, I'm saying not to disregard lower geared players. And the reason you shouldn't leave is because the healers don't know they wont survive that until they try it. If people keep leaving they will never know until they get there.
