Being in a small FC, there are times when our tanks are not online, so we use the duty finder to get our tank.

Today we have encountered several tanks who does one or both of two things:
1) Pull mobs from the beginning to the room after the beetles.
2) Pull mobs into boss rooms and stand at the door.

Now let me note that we have had 3 tanks today do this. 2/3 had healers from their own FC (looked up names on the lodestone). For those that had their own healers, they yell at us for not starting the bosses in the room. For the tank without a personal FC healer, they yell at the healer for not healing them and dying.

The tank always leaves after dying and we are stuck with a party of 2 or 3. These were all Duty Finder parties, and we were never taught to Speed Run WP before. Especially, not without explanation.

The average time it takes for a WP run with our FC is 25 minutes at our fastest, but usually 30-35 minutes. Is this time too slow for DF created parties?
