1.4 million box copies sold. Those aren't subscribers. State your source that these people actually subscribed to the game before they stopped playing. Do you even know what a subscriber is? Also source incoming. My memory was fuzzy it's right here. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/20...since-february so I was wrong how long since release before subs dropped. I'll admit that.

[Update: Darth Hater has compiled some additional TOR-related statistics and Q&A from today's EA earnings call: "2,000,000+ copies sold, 40% sold through Origin; 1,700,000+ active subscribers, 1 million concurrent." The company also notes that "Active subscribers means anyone paying OR in their trial period. MOST of those 1.7m are paying at this point."]
I'm talking about your FFXIV numbers bro, the ones you keep throwing out there.1.4 million box copies sold. Those aren't subscribers. SWTOR didn't fail because of lack of content. It failed due to poor support and horrible PvP design (except Huttball).
Ilum was a disaster, Soa's platforms were consistantly bugged despite Bioware claiming they fixed it. Every world was designed to keep Empire and Alliance factions apart, which killed World PvP from the get go.
