TL.DR - Plenty to do, you simply choose not to do it. Usually because it's not -optimal-, which ironically is also things that make you not optimal anyways.
Some people dont like to play other classes... some people dont like to craft.... leveling other classes and crafting isn't really content. Its just the same thing... no wait.. its LESS than they did the first time. First time they at least had the story to keep them company. Second is just a fate spam, btw.. the fate spams are causing issues... such as people not learning to play their job.
