Ok let me break down for you;

- No alts? No need to respec
- No one askes people to have multiple 50s
- If DRK is STR, DEX or even INT, and your main is PLD - you won't use DRK in Coil without respecing, and you won't need to respec for content below coil because it's easy

Well I'm sorry then because it does happen, not in the shout itself tho. Also yes ppl look for other ppl with multiple jobs to complete their rosters & rotate. It happen.
