The messed up RNG in coil. We don't have a DRG, but if we did, he would be fully geared by now.![]()
Kind of related.
Picky players that are announcing their +1/ilvl 90 gears for a speed run and only joining a group with members that has a similar or better ilvl gear and specific jobs. Only to find out they(the picky players) don't have the proper cross-class skills becuase they dont have the job level.
Yes I'm looking at you BRD(s) that doesn't have Blood for Blood and Invigorate. You are weak and a waste of space, I don't care how many ilvl 90s you currently have. If you want to be picky then at least fix yourself first.

This is the fastlane to nerd rage for me. Also on my pathway to pissed off are:
Players who don't read before responding (shout for a dps for turns 1-4, starting on 1. Dps joins and says "i'm on turn 2")
Players who gearcheck and then give a big speech about whatever fight we're going into, and then they are the first one to die (Player: IF YOU DIE TO PLUMES, YOU ARE KICKED. <first one to die to plumes>)
And above all... Getting 97% quality bar on a craft... crafts a normal quality item.
RAGE!
edit: specific to being a blm: When a player does an AoE or auto targets a mob during the 2nd pull of a WP speed run. Then blames me for mobs not being asleep. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID, SIR OR MADAME!

People who decide you are "weak and a waste space" without seeing you fire a single shot.
When I craft I pick a non-crowded away from everyone else so it burns my biscuits when someone comes over and stands on top of me!
When someone states they are new to a fight/dungeon and the tank pulls while I'm explaining the mechanics.
No vanity system and myth/allagan gear I can't dye.
A few days ago me and a BLM friend pug'd a tank and healer for WP. On the first part of the dungeon I don't bother dodging AoEs because the enemies are pretty weak and I'm wearing almost full DL, so they do little to no damage. While fighting the first mob the healer tells me "dodge AoEs or I'm letting you die." Healer was the first person to die, killed by the jelly boss.
I'm pretty irked that I haven't noticed a gear grinding pun in this thread, but maybe I missed it.
When in doubt, assume sarcasm
Who said I didn't? What if i've played with the person before? Also from experience, a BRD without those skills are indeed are weak and waste of space. BRD+BLM is ideal for WP speed runs but I have went in there as a tank, as a healer and as a BRD with another BRD. With Blood for Blood along with other offensive buffs, my Wide Volley would do around 450-500 crit damage while the other BRD would be doing 40% less of that (More often than not they are TP starved and would use Army's Paeon reducing their damage even more). While Invigorate letting me shoot more AOEs. Also having to sing Ballad or Foe Req that is that are beneficial to the group instead of wasting it on Paeon.
Good BRD's shouldn't be relying on Paeon to keep DPS consistent. I only use the skill for Coil Turn 4 and that's because keep Rain of Death up.

I hate when I join a fate party and there are 2+ healers in the group and I kill mobs during a gathering fate that were attacking the healers until I pull agro. They attack me and I die and the healers I saved run around gathering items and f'in ignore me. Meanwhile because I'm dead I can't turn in and I don't make it back in the 60 seconds remaining by the time I teleport out so I get bronze. That really bursts my bubble. It's f'in ridiculous.
They need to really adjust the weights of actions in fate groups for getting gold.
