The large herd of people that gather around the market boards, the summoning bells, and Rowena's counter.
Why are they standing there all day?
Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?

The messed up RNG in coil. We don't have a DRG, but if we did, he would be fully geared by now.![]()

When I craft I pick a non-crowded away from everyone else so it burns my biscuits when someone comes over and stands on top of me!
When someone states they are new to a fight/dungeon and the tank pulls while I'm explaining the mechanics.
No vanity system and myth/allagan gear I can't dye.

I hate when I join a fate party and there are 2+ healers in the group and I kill mobs during a gathering fate that were attacking the healers until I pull agro. They attack me and I die and the healers I saved run around gathering items and f'in ignore me. Meanwhile because I'm dead I can't turn in and I don't make it back in the 60 seconds remaining by the time I teleport out so I get bronze. That really bursts my bubble. It's f'in ridiculous.
They need to really adjust the weights of actions in fate groups for getting gold.

What really grinds my gears is: Names like "<something> Uchiha", "Dark <something>", FF VII name related, other japanese names taken from the anime. I excluded Naruto from the last one because reasons.
Don't forget GoT related names.
Whenever I see "Stark", "Targaryen", "Lannister" or such, I cringe hard.
casuals...
... nah j/k
What i really cant stand are rage-quiters.
Someone leaving without a word after one failed attempt drives me mad...
Its been said, but people who go about telling the party that they're worthless if they die to X-attack or something, and then proceed to be the ones to die to it. Similar thing to those who demand certain gear sets or such but don't meet their own standards.
People who are undergeared (compared to the rest of the party) but think they're the best player ever and proceed to tell the rest of us off, despite numerous derps on their part.
Healers that use Regen right at the beginning of a fight, then blame the tank for losing aggro...
Overuse of Fluid Aura for no reason whatsoever. Same for Garuda-Egi/Emerald Carbuncle's knockback attack...control your pets SMNs...
Topaz Carbuncle or Titan-Egi in dungeons with a competent tank...
Going into a dungeon (bonus points for it being a lower-level story dungeon) in my DL/Myth gear, often with 2 or 3 others in similar gear, and the random(s) immediately start to complain that we're going to screw this run up for them, we're noobs because we had to come in level-synced, bla bla bla...
Having an opinion, and told I'm wrong.
