Warrior "buff" in 2.1: not what we are expecting?

Can someone explain to me if and where I'm wrong? Thanks and keep the discussion going, it's informative

I am concerned about the actual hard content, namely twintania, on which the new warrior will be flat out better than a paladin with a ~20 sec cd 20% mitigation buff.
