again Zenaku you are explaining it just how it should work. Any combination that will ultimately not be benefitial would be overlooked by the playerbase or frowned upon. But at that point its still up to the players, not the game to determine it. Which is what I want.

If Lancer/White Mage proves to be unusable I obviously wont use it. But Marauder Thief? Only good things could come of that. etc. The choice should be up to the players not restricted by the game.

Also there is the possibility that jobs negate the magic potency of weapons with their own.
