Perhaps take a break from the game for a little while to wait for new content. The game is only a few months old, so there's not much to it yet.
In a year or so this game should have plenty of things to do.

I'm one of those people that has 5-6 hours after workdays and weekends to play. I had even more time in college when I didn't have a full-time job. Never, in my life of mmos (and I've played a lot, at least one per year since I was 14 and I'm 27 now), have I ever been so bored of an mmo after 3 months in. I would consider myself more of a hardcore player who plays most games for a year or longer. I don't just enjoy progression but the little things too which I have done in this game. It's unbelievable to me that I'm playing GTA5 after 3 months, instead of a brand-new mmo where I usually warn people they might not see me for awhile.
it's ok to not like everything from a company. You won't like every MMO out there or every final fantasy game. I'm having a blast. Maybe this game isn't for you? or wait it out until patch 2.2? That's what I did in WoW when I became bored of the status of the game.
Never been so bored of an mmo? You never tried gw2 lol. At 3rd month the only thing left (till now i post) is just grind like a mule with all classes maxed out, endgame geared. Tell me, is it the fun you need? Take a look, in caseI'm one of those people that has 5-6 hours after workdays and weekends to play. I honestly consider this game the best mmo i ever played, and i saw mmo born as a videogame form![]()

I played GW2 from launch until this game launched. I wasn't even bored of GW2 but my bf got into this game's beta so we both decided to try it.Never been so bored of an mmo? You never tried gw2 lol. I loved GW2 and I rarely felt bored in the game. Maybe because I love pvp and there was plenty of that along with the server vs server vs server wvw dramas. Highly entertaining.
You haven't even made it to level 2 on most of the jobs in the game... really played around with the game huh?I'm one of those people that has 5-6 hours after workdays and weekends to play. I have far more time than most people do and I have been playing MMOs for over a decade now so I have been around awhile... somehow I still find stuff to do. In fact I am usually not sure what I want to do because there is so much.

I got heaps of stuff to do also, the thing is, its pretty average stuff .You haven't even made it to level 2 on most of the jobs in the game... really played around with the game huh?

I mean, i could fate grind another class, but id rather put a fork in myy eye first, fate grinding is the worst ever content i have seen, complete casual ,mindnumbing worthless button mashing ever designed.
I could level another crafting class to 50, but this is how i did my armourer... Buy mythril and cobalt bars cheap, hand in the leve ( nets extra gil and xp ) . thats fail mmo crafting.
I could run the same 2 dungeons over and over again, but im bored crapless of running them already.
Conclussion, there really isnt much to do in ffiv.
Why didnt they make it so all dungeons could be run at 50 ( i know its coming , but maybe a little to late ) , and why didnt these dungeons all have a certain loot tablE ( Like wows dungeons used to be back in the day )
Everything is just done with the casuals mindset in this game, EVERYBODY wins, everyone has everything, everyone looks the same.
Its just ....boring....A good game, but compared to other mmo's and especially the new mmo's coming out, its average at best...

Let's see how I'd do things different:I got heaps of stuff to do also, the thing is, its pretty average stuff .

I'd grind another class - by running dungeons. You don't have to FATE grind. I'll do the occasional FATE grind, but I'll also do dungeons. In the worst case, I can take the time to go and farm aldgoats at lower levels.
I'd level crafting classes - by, y'know, actually crafting SOMETHING. I'd, y'know, mine/harvest my own materials, and craft out of them instead.
I could run the same 2 dungeons, or also run some HM primals. I could also go back and revisit some older dungeons like Stone Vigil or Dzemael Darkhold. Because, y'know, this game is made up of 2 dungeons.
Conclusion: there is a lot to do in this game, you intentionally chose the path of least resistance and then now you complain because you didn't play the game at all. Your complaints hold no water. Try doing actual content for once, instead of skipping your way through them. The irony of it all - you skipped content, and are complaining of lack of content.

I see people say stuff like this a lot. Here's the question: how's your gear progression on your armorer? All HQ gear, overmelded? No? Guess what, you're no more done leveling that class than someone who recently dinged 50 is done leveling their DoW job.
Without proper gear and without a TON of cross-craft skills, you're not reliably able to do the hardest content. The MMO crafting system didn't fail, you just chose a sneaky route to get sorta close to the top and then declared yerself done.
(apologies if you have, in fact, fully geared up your armorer, but it sure doesn't sound like it from your description)
WTF are you talking about? I'm 50 relic WHM, 50 relic bard, 50 smn, 50 scholar, 50 bot, 50 min, leader of FC, on t4 coils...You haven't even made it to level 2 on most of the jobs in the game... really played around with the game huh?

Give me a break and look up your facts before you post.
