I'll be happy if no new "tin can" armor is added to the game.
I hate all the tin can armors as much as the next guy, but its ridiculous to want them to redo art assets to separate the head and body piece instead of just working on new armors to be added in upcoming updates.

Why oh why did they make Darklight and Heavy Darksteel both locked? It's so great to get the Allagan Chest, your first piece of Allagan from turn one, and you have to go back to Hoplite because there are no other helms to pick from since both ilevel 70 options are locked.
The graphics were finalized years ago for the tanking darklight armour, do a few runs of The Binding Coil of Bahamut where the tanking body drops instead if it's /that/ bad.
You're all acting like you're going to be wearing it till 2016.
I'm not even a tank, I'm just saying there's never plans to change absolutely anything that the community suggests.
It's not only about this, it's about a lot of other stuff too.
They actually do change stuff when the community asks, its just that the community is very fast in the forgetting.
Its also funny that you don't even care about the gear because you don't even play a tank job, and here you are complaining. /sigh
I agree, its getting old fast. Heh...I learned long ago that they already have a set vision for this game and don't seem to really care what people want...they gonna do what they want, when they want, etc.

You think people really give a crap about some 15 sec duration potions? I tested them, they SUCK. Mega potion of str gives a max of 61 str, but it barely makes my damage go up at all, and for a measly 15 second duration and 4m30 sec cooldown (HQ stats)? They are a waste of time. Tell that dev team that they are a waste of time.
And seriously you cant remove the relevance of any single of the roles by upping the duration or lowering the cooldown, or both, because there is a potion that would be good for every class had all of them not sucked. Healers - mind potions, Bards - dex potions, Meleers - Str potions, casters - int potions, casters or healers - pie potions, tanks - vit or str potions. Where is the "o noes this class is useless because we made potions worth something" that you guys see? You think Dragoon or something is going to use a vit potion that has a 1m duration and suddenly be best tank 2013?
