FATEs reduce people's IQ levels

Fate ranking feels too much random to me...

Once, I've tank, healed and DPS a NM for the entire fight as a WHM (I claimed the NM myself first !) I even raise a bard who manage to take enmity from me and all i got was a silver medal when all other DPS/Tank earn gold.

Another time, on "It's not Lupus" Fate, I healed the Tank, took enemity of most trash mob around and die while every one were DPS the sh*t out of the NM... Nobody cared to help me nor raise me at the end, even when /tell other WHM in sight...

So, no... As a solo healer, you loose when you heal people in FATE, it's f*cked up, but this true :/

I still try to heal people, I have yet to get Gold on most big NM (those who drop minions) because I still try to help others and it ends bad most of the time....

PS: I never grind for Fate, so i'm never in a FATE group, I just do them when i see one poping next too me (it's far more interesting to farm dungeon, even if it takes 4 to 6x the time to level up).

This is why healers won't heal outside their groups. If you're low on health, not in my group. How do I know healing you won't get all those adds that come with Gorgimera on me? That means I'm going to either die, or have to run. Which means my group doesn't get heals. See I can yell at my group to pick up adds. Random people.. they are going to go 'lol sorry'. It has nothing to do with laziness and all to do with self preservation. And of course healing doesn't 100% mean you're going to get a gold.

By the way, EVERYONE can cast Cure or Physick. You don't have to level as a BRD, you can go Archer for example
