24hrs is to harsh. And just to let you all know there is a way around the lock out so I don't care if they made the lockout 72hrs anyone can bypass the lockout just have to know how.

I'm sorry I don't abuse the leave duty finder much but when I do I have a pretty good reason. I shouldn't have to be forced into staying with a group of people who cannot win a fight after so many tries. And I'm not going to sit and wait for someone else to leave or wait for time to expire.
