I may or may not agree with you on some points, but I have a 2 thousand dollar high end gaming PC and a high end gaming router. I play just fine 95% of the time. But there are those random times where I will just lag mercilessly for 2 hours. I check the internet provider and still have my 50 MB speed and I temporarily turn on a VPN manager to see if that is the issue. I even get physical on certain occasions and plug in my Ethernet cord. And to no avail the speed is just terrible in game. So excuse me for thinking that the problem could pooooossibly be on the other end. How dare I ever think my gear isn't the problem. *cough always checks my end before any other cough.* And this lag tends to happen any time before, during and around 5 pm. Since tons of people are getting on it could possibly be server lag. Also just because you don't experience a problem doesn't mean it is not there. So if I glitched through the floor and no one else did I should just keep my mouth shut or I am just a complainer? k. People will speak up when there is a problem. Their voice does not affect you so there is no reason to go out and attack those who are experiencing problems and actually have the guts to speak out in a community that is filled with the most cynical a-holes in the history of MMO gaming.

To be fair a lot of people don't actually start troubleshooting with their own gear. There are those (you and I included) that do, however, we get lumped in with the clueless clods that shouldn't be operating anything more complicated than a calculator
