Let me see if I'm understanding this correctly:
People who are farming a lot of mobs, are greedy.
People who show up and demand that they not farm so many so that THEY can now have the mobs instead, are not?

The farmer is being greedy by not giving up 4 or so mobs. It's rather difficult for melee to tag a mob before ranged that have instant attacks and can typically find a spot to tag all mobs with a quick tab/attack rotation. The melee pretty much has to learn where a mob is going to spawn for a chance of getting one by standing on that very spot and spamming the class's fastest animated attack. Seeing how you have a level 50 archer, you should know this.

No, you're not understanding correctly.
Let's take sheep, for example. There are about a dozen sets of 3 sheep each around Coerthas. Let's say there is a person who is farming one group. There's another group nearby that no one is farming.
Is it greedy to farm the empty group? No, of course not.
Is it greedy to farm both the empty group and to try to out-tag the person who was there for the other group? Yes, it definitely is.
This is exactly what I meant, I guess I just could not think of the right way to word it.Let's take sheep, for example. There are about a dozen sets of 3 sheep each around Coerthas. Let's say there is a person who is farming one group. There's another group nearby that no one is farming.

I'm not sitting here going "How dare you try to make money/get the materials you need!" What I'm trying to say is "Does it really hurt you that much to let others do the same?"
I'd gladly welcome a party invite or lend a hand if someone wanted to share a spot. Hell most times I will have a silent agreement when it comes to camps like sheep, keeping to one side while letting them farm the other no matter what class they are.
(stupid character limit o3o)
I don't bother a spot if I see someone is already there, it'd be nice for others to do the same or if they're really that hard up for cash or materials to ask if I'd share. Because I will share! I've even handed out fleece to someone once, poor guy could not tag any mobs cause of people taking up spots and not wanting to share. He only needed 6 pieces of fleece xD So it's seeing stuff like that where no one wanted to give up their spot for a little bit or let him tag a few until he got what he needed that kinda rubs me the wrong way. I guess I just like to treat others how I'd like to be treated ^^
