No idea where that picture was submitted because I don't recall ever seeing it, because I'm pretty sure that one WOULD have been a winner... but just looking at the actual LINK for the image, it's hosted on an EU site, assuming whoever uploaded it also lives somewhere in Europe, they would not qualify for the contest. (If you can provide a link for where that was originally posted I'd like to see )

But to all the other screenshots you posted, all the pumpkin heads and impressario's, yes, there are some good ones, but there were also about 400 of them, and they can't pick them all.
