sounds to me like job attributes wont be controlled. So does that mean we have to rank up Jobs Rukkirii?

Job Attributes are your stats right? If so the Dev posted we will controll them.
So it looks like EACH Class will have its own stats tied to that class. Thats what i'm getting out of it.
There is no mention of whether or not each Class will have it's own private set of stats.
Personally I don't think something like that makes much logical sense ... but that just my opinion.
they basically have to have thier own stats now. Or else youd have a level 1 with like 3000 in every stat, when they said they want to make stats more effective. Basically they are getting rid of any advantage for leveling multi classes, other than having more skills to choose from.
If I am right, it will also solve the wanting multiple stat profiles, (which makes sense they posted it on this topic) while still giving you control over your stats.
So yeah im assuming each class will have its own stat allotment that you either completely set, or have some level of control over, every time you level.
Now, i wonder how reallocation will be, will it be per job, or per class, will you be able to do it less? will it cease to exist? i guess we shall see.
Why? Why cant u give away specific details? because you dont have the info to give, or is it because they dont want us to have any real detailed info?Hey everyone, I know you're all excited to see how allocating stats will change in the future! While we can't give away too many specific details, we did confirm with the team that on class rank up the process of allocating points will still be controlled by the player.
I agree, I would still like to be able to work on my THM and then take my 50 Glad to Brittlebark and farm. I can still do that but with low Glad stats it takes so much longer. I need a day to change my stats over just to do it. So being able to change stats a little quicker would be really nice. Why not? It'll let me change my class freely, which is the point of the armory system.
Think about it: if I was able to change my class freely and have my stat/skill/gear loadout change freely with it as well so that it would revert to the state it was in the last time I was that job, how would that be able to be used to exploit the game? I can't think of any. Can you?
Or they could just have a soft-cap on the stats that your attributes are derived from.they basically have to have thier own stats now. So a Rank 50 Marauder with 500 STR points switches to Rank 1 Gladiator. Her STR is still 500, but because her Gladiator Rank is 1, her Attack Power is soft-capped much lower than if she was still playing as a Rank 50 Marauder. As she goes up in rank as Gladiator, the soft-cap rises and she can take more and more advantage of the physique she developed as Marauder.
A completely separate and new set of stats isn't required ... in my humble opinion.

This is the old system, and it was pretty confusing for people, thats one of the reasons they are getting rid of plevel, not that i minded the old system, but i think they actually dont want people to have huge stats with caps anymore.
I'm just illustrating an example of an alternative solution than having one character with 18 different sets of stats (5 DoW, 2 DoM, 3 DoL, 8 DoH).So a Rank 50 Marauder with 500 STR points switches to Rank 1 Gladiator. Her STR is still 500, but because her Gladiator Rank is 1, her Attack Power is soft-capped much lower than if she was still playing as a Rank 50 Marauder. That's one of the reason why I have put off leveling the mage classes.
