no not a specific d/l linke they sent me a google link and i d/l'd it from the number 1 result.

So im guessing either ventrillo itself is full of spyware or they just made a dummy google result page and sent it to me? eh w/e it took a couple hours but my comp.y is all clean now so w/e lol

Or you're just ignorant of basic computer safety and got the malware somewhere else. (which based on your typing probably isn't too far off the mark)

No it can't. You can't get a virus by connecting to a VoIP server.
