    There are only four spots, meele take one, BRD take one, and BLM take one (AOE purpose), then a spot is (insert whatever job you like).

    Which part of this foumula you do not understand? You claiming that no one want meele is exactly like those people claiming random number generator is not random. Are you even sure what you are talking about?
