    Yeah that would be a great Idea , I could black list all the players with poor gear so I can only get groups with good players .

    100% true, and all those players with 'bad' gear can not group with elitists who demand ilevel 70+ gear for level 50 ilevel 55 dungeons!

    ...and as your blacklist keeps growing as you add more and more folks less geared than you (though perhaps they will soon) your DF wait times start growing as well.
