I have been plagued by this lag problem since release and thanks to these forums I was made aware of something that helped me get rid of the lag. I am just trying to give back and maybe help some poor souls who are about to quit this game, like I was.

insulting or not its a completely valid question, someone comes along complaining about how bad their lag was until you BOUGHT this WTFast now everything is alot better.......im well in my rights to ask my question

I have also started using WTFast, first time ever I have to use a service like that. I read about it here on the forums a few weeks ago and gave it a try. After 2 weeks I was sold. The difference is amazing. Without it I have the same stupid lag everyone else experiences. I was barely able to get out of any AE. With WTFast I have no lag and AEs are actually managable.

It's disappointing that I have to rely on additional services (10$ per month!) to be able to play but at least now I can play.

It also shows that it's not the servers or data centers that cause the lag. It's ISP / routing related. Maybe they have just chosen a bad ISP / location for their servers that gives many people (like me) a bad routing. My normal routing without WTFast gives me anywhere between 150 and 350 ms depending on time of day, but usually accompanied with massive packet loss. With WTFast on the other hand I get 115ms consistently with no packet loss.

Edit: I play on EU server from Germany. ISP is Telekom.

I'am sorry i am NOT paying another $10 to a 3rd party programme to play a game i all ready pay for.And by the way isn't using a 3rd party programme to play the game against the TOS.

If SE had the sense to put 5 or 6 servers in the EU in the first place i don't think we would see this many problems.

If people in the EU keep giving them money then they will do nothing about it.

I have not used WTFast but a similar gaming VPN service and I can vouch that it does kill the lag immensely for myself. Before using it I was getting pretty big delays/lag spikes on everything (although I did get used to it and chalked it up to the servers being far away as I am in AZ) but once I started using the VPN I started to see exactly how bad the lag was. Red circles for example if I did not immediately move out of them I would get hit even if I was out of them versus now I have a extra second of wiggle room to move out if that makes any sense. (Even during congested server times) If I had to guess it's probably some kind of ISP issue as the other guy pointed out either with some bad hop or them throttling the game or something.

You present one of the best technically supported arguments in all the forums I've seen so far, for which I can only say "Kudos to you, madam/sir".
But since you like analogies, let me give you one. You buy a brand new Mercedes. And after a while you notice it starts very loudly, sounds weird and stutters a lot while driving. You call the company and they say "Oh, it's the petrol you're using. It's bad". You call the petrol company and they say "How can it be bad, if every other car runs fine with it?".
Now, what do you do? I don't know you personally, but I am certain that you will not start looking for petrol stations on the other side of the town as they have that one type of petrol that works better in Mercs. You will simply change the car, because your experience with cars so far and your expectation of quality that you get from something you buy, is compelling you to do so. Unless your are an exception, of course.
SE is the only one that is tech savvy enough to diagnose this problem. Not players. It's their responsibility, not players'.

When we start the game up theres an info window, why cant se at least update its playerbase via this that way everyone will see it, aint that whatthis window is for, giving us info an updates on things? But nope se say zip about it and leave its PAYING playerbase in the dark guessing..
Alot of players will think it is there computer, when it clearly isnt for about 99% of us having these probs.

How could the post in question be a clever or devious rmt? VPS services are real, and do work to fix this packet loss issue. I personal will not use a VPN because I do not think I should have to pay two subscription fee's to play this game.

WTFast, or any other VPN has nothing to do with RMT. You Sir have no idea what you are talking about. After reading this post someone would be well within their rights to question your intelligence.
