Only that you can sell it. Not that you can sell it direct to other players.
I think you sell it back to the agent NPC and the NPC put it then back on the market for other to buy it again.
The seller would get less Gil then the buyer would pay (because the agent NPC would be from Ul'dah).

Me and other fellow lala friends have already started using the housing system regardless if its been truly released or not. We have taken to setting up house inside Vanya robes. The rent is free, rooms are spacious and if you find a galka you can even have guests over.
The houses tend to move around and sometimes teleport out which is sorta unreliable but doesnt stop us from relocating![]()
