People can't buy them and put them on the market. That's not what was stated and that's not what they were referring to with the reverse market. Apparently I am wrong. You can trade the deed but no it still won't be viable for RMT to buy it/re-sell it. Why? There will be new instances when the old ones get filled up. Not to mention deeds go on the auction house. As no one buys them the deed price goes down. For RMT to profit they'd have to buy the land deed then try to re-sell it for higher but then it'd be more expensive than all the other plots available. It would really not be worth it.
