They didn't say that. They said people were laughing at them just because they were queuing for low-level dungeons. Which yes, is very rude.

However I'd have to agree with others that there really is no incentive to help. Sure, doing it as a sign of helpfulness and kindness is great. But in the very first reply in your thread you got someone telling you to get over yourself and complaining because you dared to make a thread. So clearly kindness doesn't go hand in hand with this community too well.
