I mean I could do what you want, but mostly the problem is the rotation.
Do you want to clip DoTs or not? Also if you want a true representation then no CDs would be used either.
Also HS -> SS procs.
EDIT: I decided to not do what you said, because most of it is extraneous to testing the core "does SS affect DoT uptime".
Instead this is what I did.
I no longer care about damage involved, but I am testing to see TRUE damage DoT uptime, as opposed to "actual" uptime.
True uptime measures how many TICKs you have the DoT up for. Rather than "actual" uptime which measures well, game seconds you have your DoT up for.
In this way true uptime is a more lenient, and also more fitting measurement.

Oh and PS I was too lazy to get the formulas for SS into GCD reduction, but iirc its linear, so I'm just going to do tests at 2.5, 2.4, ... down to 2.0 skill speed and we can interpolate from there.
Also also, for the sake of this experiment TP is infinite.
