    Last I checked, I could not find anyone who has done the legwork on figuring out how much Dexterity affects parry chance compared to the Parry secondary stat. There have been theories, but not good data to back it up. I don't think anyone will have the answer you really want.

    This will depend on the relative gains from Dex to Parry.
