If thats the Case, perhaps they took out stuff from the game that wasn't Necessary in the Game ( From the New Dev teams Stand point). Another words, trying to make this game better, by picking out the weeds and planting the flowers.

Patch 1.18 doesn't Guarantee Fatigue being gone, However, they did say on the Letter X that they are changing "Values of sp/exp" and then eventually to come to its ultimate conclusion (SP Fatigue and Physical levels Gone)

Going to have to post one more, unfortunately. If I remember correctly, he said it was to be removed alongside the battle patches. If not, haven't read it since it was posted, unlike this thread where the facts are right in everyone's face.

I'm not surprised about re-downloading the same fixes. It probably has a lot to do with how their update system and software works. My guess is, after the 1.8 patch, they will probably stop adding on to this patch and start anew.

Plus the difference in size of the files only has to do with what was added to the files, not with what was changed. Content is what really takes up the most in file size, not code changes.

Also, remember that this is an n-tier Client<->Server application... They probably made a lot of code base changes on the servers, which we wouldn't be seeing on the client.
