Oh right. I'm sorry, i forgot SE locks your account out of the game the instant you have 300 Myth Tomes and a Coil Lockout.

Nope, just doesn't allow you to do anything. Same thing, different presentation.

It's a pretty arbitrary lock-out put in place to entice players to pay the higher subscription fee as I see no other reason as it just gives the game less content to partake in.
