If you were in power you'd make a nice dictator. But I guess thought police will surfice for now.
How horrible that you cant gear 9 jobs in a couple of months.
How dare they create a game where gearing a Job with the best gear available takes time and dedication.
A cap per job would be incredibly stupid, as i would no longer be able to Tank AK for Tomes to gear my Monk with, forcing me into DD queues and leaving my friends without a Tank.
Seals per job would be equally stupid.
If you don't like the current system, go play something else. This kind of change would be horrible.
Please SE, stop not understanding how your own game works and forcing us to ignore your fantastic armory system at the level cap as battle jobs outside of 24/36 cross-class skills(which aren't even fun or interesting anyways..). I shouldn't be forced to pay you $2 more per month, ignore the armory system, and make a new character for each job I want to level and play at level cap because you refuse to change how the myth tome and coil lock out system works.
How can you not understand we can bypass this artificial barrier via making another character? Why can't you make the armory system equal to making another character?
That is true, but she is referring to just having 8 characters with each a different job, gearing it up on that particular character. IMHO, in the long run will be a waste of time, sense the cap will eventually be gone. Then you have to repeat the same content on your main character.
It's a temporary bypass that leads to doing the exact same thing on your main character when cap is eventually lifted.


There's nothing to fix TBH. The low cap artificially makes the myth gear more rare, SE says it's working as intended. Would I like to see the cap raised a bit? Sure, but I also like having long term goals. Currently, the myth gear is intended to be just that.
There is another option, Allagan gear from Coil.
