There's no "off tank" slot in duty finder. Coil one and two are the only turns I've done in which tanks take equal amounts of incoming damage. There's no off tank. Two plds will always be preferred in coil for minmax and that's where the injustice lies.
Then what your you complaining about. Titan can be tanked as a warrior. People can complete coil with a PLD / Warrior combo. I see a lot of complaining about people forcing you to do something. Man up and tell your FC I am a Warrior I can complete the content, if they won't let you be in the group then its time to move on to a diff FC.

I guess you could say it is a slight ego thing, but I have no problem being considered the off tank or the sub par main tank but the door should then swing the other way and paladins should be considered only the main tank and a sub par off tank. It should not be in any way considered we could do this really well with 2 paladins, we can do it also with a paladin and a war. Instead it should be we cant do this with 2 paladins or 2 warriors, we can do this really well with 1 of each.
Its not that, its the math. Then what your you complaining about. Titan can be tanked as a warrior. People can complete coil with a PLD / Warrior combo. It's also possible to cross the entire U.S. by foot, but that doesn't change the fact that it's much easier to simply travel by air.
Anyways, it's already been addressed. Square-Enix seems to share in the sentiment that WAR is not in line with PLD and will be making adjustments to the class in 2.1. This was mentioned in the Letter from the Producer - Live.

The issue is balance: PLD is preferred choice for everything. Sure WAR can be used in coil, but if it's an option, groups will always pick PLD instead because it's simply significantly easier with a PLD (because it takes less damage).

Hmm WARS aren't fine they are viable, not fine. There is a reason in any Twintania attempt you see that there are no warriors. Warriors are perfectly viable T1-4, but it's harder when you could just take a paladin and make your life easier. I love warrior and I'm glad that they are getting some love in 2.1
You have to look at specific instances in certain battles where there is actual danger present to compare the two tanks. A prime example would be Titan's Mountain buster, and the stacking damage buffs in the coil.
In general a warrior will require 5% more healing than a paladin, but a warrior will have the advantage in total HP. So, it's actually harder to keep up a warrior. If you don't include self heals. But when you take into account things like inner beast, which for those short periods of burst damage, which are completely predictable, the healing from inner beast is far more than the 5% in healing that will occur in that period.
But, as has been said, Paladin has access to certain skills that make them survive certain instances in which they were not intended to be able to survive.
If you think Warriors are gimp or underpowered in any way as compared to paladins, I think you're operating on the assumption that some of the mechanics paladin has are being used as they were intended. It's not that Warriors aren't viable for the given content, but, instead, paladins are able to simply make the given content easier than intended.
Basically, if you think BC is too hard for a warrior, you're just bad by relying on the unintended utility given to paladins.
